Quality Module Research takes more than science than the other modules

Hi,

Not much to say, but Quality 1 Research takes 10x as much science to research than the other 3 modules(500 for quality 1, 50 for the others). Same goes for the other tiers: 500 for quality 2, 200 for the others. 2000 for quality 2, 300 for the others.

Probably not a bug, but it should have an extra prerequisite or something, like "Research all three other modules first" if that is what they are going for.
