[2.0.9] Variables in Combinators

I have two combinators with slightly different configurations

Combinator A (P0 - 13)

Combinator B (13 - P0)

When blueprinting Combinator A, I get access to all of the expected parameters

When blueprinting Combinator B, I don't get access to the 13 constant

This is not a big deal to work around, but it does feel weird that I have to work around it.
