Wireless mouse disconnect on game launch

Wireless mouse disconnect on game launch

Hi not sure if this the correct location, but every time I load up the game my mouse loses connection requiring a turn off and back on.

The mouse is a Rival 3 Wireless, is they anything I can supply that will help this get resolved?
