Is this a bug? Decider combinator output network selection

So I'm currently trying to setup a circuit network for the train network I have setup, and I'm unable to set both of the outputs to 1 and select a separate wire color to send them too. Output 1 to red, and output 2 to green. I don't know if that's a bug or not, or if I'm just missing something or it's not intended to work that way.

No, its not a bug. There is no option to select which color of cable the output should be sent to. Selection is for choosing from which input wire a value should be copied from.
