No quality effect on Locomotive and other items

Hi Team,

Thanks for Space Age, you created one of the best games ever!!

I create this post as despite what Factorio's website says that all items, equipment, etc. have quality effects, as of now there is no effect on locomotives and other items when building them as epic, legendary, etc. items.

Shouldn't the locomotive get higher maximum speed and/or acceleration bonus with quality levels?

Hi, in which way? It doesn't show in game before crafting the locomotive at any quality level higher than common unlike other items.

Thanks! So the information is missing from the info panel we have before crafting items when overing over their icon.
We have this info available for most other items.

Here is the example of the mining drill:

We clearly see that at legenday level the drill drains way less ore than at common level.

Lack of Quality info on science packs recipe perplexes me more.
Although:
1. Making a proper wording for it would be... difficult.
2. Making it more... visible would make a perfect noob trap out of it.
