[2.0.7] Crash on rocket launch on mac after the update, log and save incl, other crash issues too.

I'm crashing exactly when I get the kipper achievement pop up as the rocket launches. When I first updated yesterday it also crashed on startup until I deleted the application support folder. I'm only on 2.0.7 though, as on game launch I have to click 'ask me later' to the 2.0.8 update otherwise it just crashes again.

I'm playing on 10.13 on a 2010 imac which I know doesn't sound ideal but the game usually runs flawlessly. plz help
