Reword Artillery Achievements to Distinguish them

There are two artillery-related achievements that have extremely similar wording. One is for any artillery kill, the other is for artillery kill before any other type of structure kill, but they are very easy to mistake as being the same thing.

The issue is specifically that the second achievement can easily be seen as "use artillery for the first time" instead of the actual meaning.

I suggest rewording the second one to something like "Your very first enemy structure destroyed is with artillery" or "Destroy no enemy structures before using artillery", so other people don't run into the same misunderstanding.
