Add button for Game Menu in unused button slot

Now that a second row of buttons is needed and there is plenty of unused real estate in the row, please add a button for "Game Menu". Most games have this in their UI, for the ability to open the menu using the mouse. I believe many people would be thankful for such a button to finally exist in Factorio.
