Duplicate artillery achievement
I haven't actually got the steam achievements yet so I can't 100% confirm, but it looks like there are two achievements for first artillery strike. They have the same icon too.

They are two different achievements. One is to kill any enemy structure with artillery. The other is to kill *your first* enemy structure with artillery. As in, do not kill any enemy structures until you unlock artillery, and then use artillery for the first kill.

Ah, I see. I'll make another post in suggestions asking to clarify that wording.
