Playing version 1.1.x after space age release

Before starting space age I still want to wrap up a modded playthrough I'm doing right now. But after the latest update (which isn't compatible) I can't figure out an easy way to roll back to the old version on my steamdeck. I tried selecting the beta for version 1.1.110 or 1.1.109 in steam, but for some reason that still boots me into space age.

You also need to disable the Space Age DLC in the DLCs tab. Only then will it revert to 1.1.
