[Pard][2.0.8] Getting on Track like a Pro bugged

I deleted all my achievements in preparation for Space Age. I tried to do GOTLAP + Lazy Bastard in the same run
I got Getting on Track (the regular non-timed one) instantly when I placed locomotive, but failed to get GOTLAP even with 10minutes spare.
