[2.0.8] Base Game Satellite Vanishing

Hey, never done this before... I updated the base game to 2.0.8, to get all the new features in my existing save. As expected there was some rebuilding to do, but then, I noticed that my satellites were vanishing into the rocket. Arm would swing, drop them in the silo, and gone. No launch, nothing. I tried putting the satellites in the slot manually... same issue. Non-DLC game seems unplayably broken, unless I'm missing something? I don't know how QA missed this...

You have an inserter taking the satellites out of the silo, if you are sure this is not the case post the save file.
