Steam engine ghost plays the wrong sound when placed.
When you place a steam engine ghost, the sound that plays is the one that should play when you place an actual steam engine and not a ghost.

Thanks for the report, however this is technically not a bug, we simple don't have a special sound for building ghost entities which are considered huge yet.

Actually, I've changed my mind. Fixed by using the large ghost build sound for huge ghosts as well (this follows the regular build sounds logic, where the sound for large entities is used for huge entities as well).
