[2.0.7] Green and Red wire recipe disappeared

I've just update, and loaded my game converting it to the 2.0.7

the green and red wire recipe has been removed, and since i've already researched the technology to have them.. i don't know how i can get them back...

i tried all the save game i have.. and all have the same problem.... is there a way to restore the recipes?

The game is a vanilla verion.. no mod.. no space expansion

They are replaced by shortcuts, see https://factorio.com/blog/post/fff-379

Yeah, there are some icons with colored wires on right side of toolbar. Probably they create wire links now.
