[2.0.7] Space Age (Steam) on Fedora 40 sometimes crashes to desktop when alt-tabbing

What did you do? I alt-tabbed in the main menu. Fresh start, not from a game.
What happened? The game crashed to the desktop.
What did you expect to happen instead? To not crash.
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes? This was the third time.
