Setup Admins on a headless server

Setup Admins on a headless server

Hi all,

Just trying to get a headless server running and at the moment we are all good, server is IP (not public) but was wondering in this confguration its it possible to setup admins in the config in any way so when a certain user joins they are made an admin?
