How to send Logfile and Savefile in this Forum?

Hey

I want to do a bugreport and by the rules of reporting bugs I have to add the Logfile and Savefile. But how do I do this?
Should I just copy and Paste the Logfile and what about uploading the Savefile. Im completly clueless.

Sorry, as you may suggestion I have no idea of pc´s...

Hit the "Attachments" tab in the email redaction interface, and upload your files.
