FFF 429 Demolisher Territory should fluctuate

Demolisher Territory should expand to fill gaps where no building it. and should fluctuate between worms

What?

Similar to biter expansion, Demolisher worms (announced in FFF 429) should expand their territory to fill empty unclaimed land. This expansion should not be done if there are any buildings in the chunk. They should also potentially be able to claim a chunk away from other demolishers with a preference for empty land.

Why?

This change would make it so that you cannot just clear out a lot of worms and then never have to fight again. However, it would keep your current factory safe so long as it wasn't constructed inside of an active territory chunk.
