[feature request] map recipe icons should not spill over assembler edge

version: 1.1.109

problem: in map view recipe icons are often larger than the assembler. when tightly packed different icons overlap, making them unreadable.

to reproduce: open any saved factory. go to map view. enable recipe icons. see problem.

possible solutions:
1. reduce icon size to building size
2. allow user customization in `settings > interface > other`?
