drones problem?

I've been playing for a long time and like mechanics mastered, but faced an interesting problem. Changed drones conveyors of the first level to the third, at first the drones did it promptly, but then began to slow down, fly into a personal drone station and wait for 30-40 sec. Tried to log out of the game, unloaded and reassembled the inventory of power armor, nothing helps. Charge below 85% does not fall. Has anyone encountered?

I believe they are attempting to say they are using the bot network to upgrade their belts from yellow to blue.
