[1.1.104] Screen lag when using MacBook Pro 3 with Promotion

When playing the game on MacBook Pro with ProMotion selected as the display, you get lag/screen tearing. When changing the display from Promotion (144hertz) to 60hertz, there is no issue. Using the MacOs version of the game.

Can confirm this issue.
It's really annoying to switch promotion off when playing all the time.
Would be great if you could find a fix.

Here is the log. I have to note that even without pro-motion there is still a little microstutter every few seconds. Wile for example on steam deck there is 0 stutter no matter what I do.
