[1.1.103] Undo does not replace deconstructed belt or pipe in ghost mode

Upon placing belt or pipe and then having the engineer manually place an underground belt or pipe at both ends, the game will automatically mark the middle ones for deconstruction.
Undoing this action will result in the belt or pipes being replaced upon undoing the end placement.
Issuing a ghost command with shift such that the bots do it, similarly marks the middle logistic medium for deconstruction.
However, undoing at this point will not replace the belt or pipes previously marked as expected and as manually.

Thanks for the report, this is fixed for the 2.0 major release.
