QoL request: Train Station Labels

Post by Cronie »

TL;DR
Please add an option to label train stations so that it will be visible over the station

What ?
A simple label that would make the train station's name visible in game. My suggestion would also be to have this off by default, but it could be turned on in the station's option menu ... possibly also turned on/off by circuit or logistic conditionals.

example, sorry I am not good with photo editing. Image
Why ?
When you have lots of stations, it is difficult to tell which station you are near. I feel an option to show the train station's name over the station would make things feel more intuitive. Right now, you have to mouseover the station or click it to see what the name is, which is kind of a waste of time when you have a stacker with 15 stations.

Could be cool if the name was shown in the tooltip

basically yes, this would be on the game field, not the map
