I'm looking for a mod for enemies

Hi all. I'm looking for a mod that once interested me, but then I forgot about it. This mod adds artificial intelligence that builds its own base, which is very similar to a regular base. He develops his base, protects it and sends enemies to us. If you know something, you will be extremely grateful for the information.
