I just got this game on Steam and I am experiencing issues with the multiplayer connection. I am able to connect to the server but whenever it tries to download the files its stuck on 0% and boots me after 20s. I am unable to connect to any multiplayer server.
I've researched this issue but none provided a no clear resolution. I have tested a few things (including port fowarding, DNS, reinstalling, etc..) and I am confident the issue resides in my ISP. My only work around is via a VPN but unfortunately I am currently residing overseas and playing with my friends is difficult with the added latency.
Is there any additional options I can do to improve or remedy the situation? And what is my ISP blocking that prevents multiplayer connection? I've had no issues with any other games...
