[1.1.91] Multiplayer Suddenly Desyncing on attempted join

Basically we've been doing a world with mods for 10 ish hours and all of a sudden yesterday we were just unable to have player 2 join as it would just throw up the player desynced whenever he tried to join.
Weve been trying every solution we can find, we're unable to figure out how to change settings for flib tough but through a method of what we can only assume was using commands to lower ore yield and deletion of crop-cache and temp, managed to get it to work ONCE before going back to never again. Sometimes we cant even load up a new world with the same mod list without it not working anymore and we're at our wits end once again

The only thing I think started this is when I attempted to switch between multiple infinite ore mods and left on two at once before switching one off and saving.
We've managed to get it to load on new worlds not sure for how long admittedly and we can test loading a new save if you'd like. I'll also get a log file once he's home tonight
Wondering if it's the world broken because of mods I fucked up or if it's something fixable else wise. I'll gladly restart on the same map with blueprints if that's the easiest solution.

Got it working once after deleting all the infinite resource mods and putting game speed to 0.9 time but we had to delete assembler pipe passthrough and when we tried reconnecting it didn't work even after creating a new world
