Thanks for the report. This is the same issue mentioned here: viewtopic.php?f=49&t=108367
There's something wrong with the AMD graphics driver you are using and AMD needs to fix it. You can try installing older drivers and see if that makes a difference.
I'm trying to work with AMD to get the issue resolved but so far they have not been able to reproduce it.

AMD is wondering: do you have Radeon Image Sharpening or Radeon boost are enabled in the driver software?
