[1.1.91] Long time before having splashscreen

Brand new PC, brand new drivers, brand new SSD. Re-installed Factorio, but the startup is kind of slow it takes about 1 minute just to show the splashscreen. Then it goes fast, but somehow it seems to be stuck around screen/gpu selection ?

Note I tried to preselect a screen but it did nothing (apart from changing the log to [Screen: 0]):

[Edit] I tried on my old computer (same monitors) where it starts immediately, the only difference is I don't have the line Video driver: windows.

On the older computer what version of the game are you using?

Also can you post the full log file from both computers?
