[0.11.7] Drawing priority Roboport

The spinning "antenna" on top of the roboport is sometimes drawn in front of the rod and sometimes behind. Walking a few pixels or zooming changes the way it is drawn.

A small note: if you change something in a post of another person, please leave a small note. Otherwise it is very confusing if something changes and the person doesn't know it.

Is this bug fixed in general or just for the roboport? I did notice that the chemical plant (orientation is fluid input at the bottom) has the same bug at the fluid input. Is a picture wanted?

Not generally, the way we prioritize the layers had been changed somewhat, so things like that can happen. The picture would be helpful.
