Unable to craft Hydrogen Peroxide Gas on Angel+Bob's mod

Hi everyone.
I am trying to make hydrogen peroxide gas from hydrogen and oxygen. However, despite finding the recipe in FNEI I can't find it in either the inventory or the chemical plant which is where it is supposed to be brewed. I have the game and all the mods updated, I don't know where the problem could be or if there is any dependency that I am missing. I would appreciate a little help.

The recipe is gray, meaning it's disabled. It's not used for anything, why do you want to make it?
