I just got a new Windows 11 computer and am having issues getting Factorio installed and running.
I downloaded the Windows setup file for the stable version from factorio.com, but when trying to open the .exe I get a popup saying I'll need to search the Microsoft store for an app to open it. When the MS store opens, it just says "The thing you're looking for isn't here". I also downloaded the Zip file from factorio.com, unpackaged it just fine, but when I tried opening factorio.exe I got the same popup about needing to search for an app to open it.
I've made sure the setting "Choose where to get apps" is set to "Anywhere" and also tried opening both .exe files as admin.
I'm new to Windows 11, so I could easily be missing something very obvious. I've not had this issue with any other setups or .exe files though.
Any suggestions are appreciated, but I'm hoping there's a way to get it running without using Steam

Post a screenshot of the "Windows specifications" window in System, make sure to hide "Device specifications".
