Quickbar menu's button plays whole sound on press

What did you do?
I pressed and held the setting button.

What happened?
Entire button press sound plays.

What did you expect to happen instead?
When you press the button, it should be 2 separate sounds, one for mouse down and one for mouse up.

Thanks for the report. However, from the top of my head I can't think of any button in game that behaves like this and I don't know why it should.
