[1.1.88] Factorio [14d Windows] Crash upon start up

[1.1.88] Factorio [14d Windows] Crash upon start up

Windows started to break down completely on my Laptop after over 14 days without reboot.
Started Factorio and it crashed during the load up screen before the main menu.
If you wanted to go to the Windows desktop, Windows windows started to get recursive like when a camera looks at its own camera screen. Windows restart fixed that obviously. (So I guess it is not really reproduce able because it didn't happen again after that.)
Also the Factorio crash error window in the loading screen got not interact able and invisible after I wanted to screenshot it but that also might have been on Windows side and not on Factorios I guess. So I just wanted to share the log. maybe it is useful.

The log file shows this:
19.986 Crashed in C:\WINDOWS\System32\KERNELBASE.dll (0x00007ff933f90000 - 0x00007ff934333000)
Which means it crashed in some windows logic outside of our control.
