Vanilla recipes missing

So after not playing for 6 months, I load up Factorio, update all my mods to make sure my previous save still worked properly, and then loaded my save

The mods work fine. My issue is that I now am unable to find the recipes for steam engines or boilers that were there before. I have the tier 2 and 3 recipes researched from Bob's power mod but the tier 1 recipes have disappeared. Anyone know a solution, or am I screwed?

This usually happens when you use a mod that replaces vanilla recipes and then disable it. The vanilla recipes are not automagically restored.

That doesn't seem to have worked. The command went through, but no change in lost recipes
The recipes I'm missing are added to by Bob's power mod, and I know I never turned it off. I made sure to update all mods before loading into the save
Could there be another cause?

If you can pinpoint the technologies that unlock these recipes, un-researching and re-researching the techs usually works.
The commands are a couple paragraphs above my previous link, on the same page.

It seems like the problem was that the base technology for steam somehow unresearched itself in the last 6 months of me not playing lmao
I guess it was just a hiccup from an update. Thank you, I didn't want to give up on the 200+h save I had.
