[1.1.87] Radar graphics flickering

[1.1.87] Radar graphics flickering

I open a save and i see the radar graphics is flickering.

The radars in starting screen and new saves are also affected.

The radars without electricity are not affected.

Thanks for the report. That looks like the files got corrupt during the steam install. Try verifying the steam game files through steam.

I try verifying the files through steam and it says 3 files corrupted. After that the radar graphic is normal again.
