Without knowing for sure I can only guess that some Government body in China blocked the webpage for some reason. China blocks a lot of websites.

Without knowing for sure I can only guess that some Govenernment body in China blocked the webpage for some reason. China blocks a lot of websites.

The reach covers the whole of China, and some Chinese players can't even access the Factorio website. Are you figuring out what the problem is? I want to know if it's really a government restriction, or something else that is the exact reason?

As far as I know; nobody is looking into it. We have no reports about issues outside of China which leads me to believe the issue is that and it’s between people living in China and the Chinese government blocking sites to deal with it.

Now the problem seems to have somehow disappeared? I don't know if it's just me, or if you guys solved the problem?

We didn't change anything. Most likely it was some accidental overblocking by the chinese content filtering firewall.
