Connection error from China

web cannot open from China motherland
from 2 days ago. main web and mod web cannot open.
here is a picture of ping result.

Are you able to access https://direct.factorio.com ?

That's alright there's nothing responding to pings there. It's only hosting the web services. When you add this

to your config.ini you should be able to login with factorio. Unfortunately we can't provide a cloudflare bypass for the mod portal.
