[1.1.80] Crash loading save: "Trying to disconnect circuit connector in inconsistent state."

I have been trying to play on my modded save file on my pc, but the game crashes whenever I try to load it, I was able to get it to load without crashing on my Steam deck. save and log from pc are attached. I expected the game to load the file that I was playing, but Instead, It crashes, but only on my pc. this is a consistent crash for the save on my pc, and my autosaves have a broken bool value apparently. the crash seems to happen during the load sequence.
