[1.1.80] hang when trying to select item from toolbar slot 2

I use factorio on Linux, with a Belgian keyboard layout.

The number 2 button on that keyboard, when no shifting is in use, emits the character 'é'.

Since a recent update (I think it may be 1.1.80, but can't be 100% sure), whenever I hit that button to select the item in the second slot, factorio just sits there and doesn't do anything anymore.

Previously this used to work with no issues. It also works just fine for other toolbar slots, just not for the number 2.

Is it specific to a save file? If yes, can you upload that save?

No; it happens if I start a new game, and hit the "2" button (well, "é" really) at any point, even if we're still in the cutscene.

Can you try the latest experimental release, 1.1.82 and see if the issue is there as well?
As a sanity check, with English keyboard layout, it works as expected?

Edit: I've just tested steam versions 1.1.80, 1.1.81 and 1.1.82 on Manjaro with a Belgian keyboard layout and couldn't reproduce the issue.

I couldn't reproduce with 1.1.82, indeed.
