Searching for a Specific Mod

Hello, I am looking for a train mod! :)
This is a train mod that disables picking up trains, and all trains must be deployed from a factory straight to the railway.
I believe this mod had a custom building for placing the trains on the railway.

Not much to work with but if anyone could provide the specific mod or any similar mods I would appreciate it, thanks! :D
