[1.1.80] Modded Server Crashing

Post by PURPLERACER1704 »

I am running a modded Factorio server using Linux Game Server Manager with a few mods on it.

The server was running for around 20 or so hours, then me and my friend were playing and the server itself crashed along with both of our clients.

I expected the server to continue running normally as I have played with mods prior to this using Linux Game Server Manager with Factorio and many other games.

It has happened the initial time, then once more after restoring from a save file created by LGSM after about 10 minutes post restore.

Included below is the crash folder for my local client as well as the message that appeared when the game crashed. Also in the crash file it does not list RateCalculator as a mod, nor does it work in game. However in one of the screenshots attached it lists all the mods in the mods folder for the Factorio server. RateCalculator is in the server mods folder but it does not make me download it when I join the server so i presume it's not working for whatever reason.

When I checked the wiki it says factorio-current.log is "the one you need most of the time". Is there another log file I should provide? Sorry for my ignorance.

Post a log from a session with the issue. If the last session had the issue it's the current log, if it was the session before it's the previous log.

Check my signature on how to get the experimental version, but if you try to run a server only clients also running the experimental version would be able to connect.
