Dedicated Server lag

Hey, I'm running a dedicated space exploration server from a windows 10 machine. it has 128GB Ram and Threadripper CPU. Even with these specs the server runs a bit slow, it even only uses 6GB of Ram and 10% CPU. I've seen that Factorio needs VRam too, which might be the problem because the server doesn't hava a Graphics card. But do you really need VRam for a headless server?

You’d need to post the save file and the log file plus describe or show in a video what lag you’re referring to. Otherwise all anyone would be doing is guessing.
