LTN Combinator equivalent for Space Exploration rockets

Something that produces a green signal based on https://www.reddit.com/r/factorio/comme ... ng_station so multi-cargo rockets can be setup more easily. I have a blueprint with the CRF stuff on the right removed to make it more compact if anyone needs it. Allowing the rocket to launch based on a timer would be great as well. :D
