[1.1.76] can't create a new game

When i upgraded from 1.1.68 to 1.1.74 and today to 1.1.76 stable i can't create a new world. The game is getting stack at the skip cutscene screen and if i Alt Tab it shows the Loading Mods screen with 0% progress.. i have tried with and without mods to eliminate any new game problems from any of my mods...


Any ideas will be helpfull i can't play the game for 4 days since my last save got corrupted after 280hours of game play... i need my fix

Logs would probably be helpful, but also:

The game is getting stack at the skip cutscene screen and if i Alt Tab it shows the Loading Mods screen with 0% progress.

This sounds odd to me because all of the loading should be done by the time the cut-scene even shows and you shouldn't need to alt+tab to see any progress bars from this point....

i have no clue what is going on i left the game running for 30 minutes and nothing happened not even a crash... if i dont alt tab its just stuck at "press tab to skip cutscene"
i will try to remove all the game files and re download
