Help! Mod Settings after Startup

I'm really hoping someone has some console command or anything that allows me to change a Mod setting, once a game is already in play.

I wanted a harder game, so added Bobs Enemies mod, but I forgot to un-tick the "alien artifacts" option. So now I have alien artifacts EVERYWHERE.
I'm too far in to the game to restart now. Although, it does look like my base is surrounded by pretty flower beds.

Startup settings can be changed on the main menu, and apply to your current game Any items that would be removed, like the artifacts, will just be removed when you load up the save again and the game will show a little note telling you it did that.

Ooohhh! I thought those settings were for the startup of a playthrough, not the startup of the actual Factorio game!
Wow, still learning things after all these years... lol.
