[Twinsen][1.1.70][switch] Focus locked on scroll bars in the research tab

When I open research tab and some research with wide research tree and move to scroll bar using left stick I cannot get from this state without toggling the "right stick" mode (with the cross). I don't know if it's bug or feature , I can't come up with a solution, because you need to move the research tree in both directions.

Thanks for the report. This was fixed in the next Nintendo Switch release.
