Broken HTML in notification emails

As of today, my email notifications seem to have broken HTML in them... see one from 3 days ago, and one from today:

This is happening to me too.

This is now fixed. As a bonus, all of you using e-mail clients which don't support HTML receive proper plaintext versions now too.
