Bug with freezing in coop

When my friend and I go into co-op mode, the non-hosted one gets incredibly badly frustrated. I don't know how to solve this. Iron we have normal (Cyberpunk on ultra pulls both without lag) ping 254 and stable and both (if you believe the game.) The only problem which I can see is that I am now in the Ukraine, and he in Germany, but I think even this should not be a problem. Please help.
