Error downloading mods in-game: "Token mismatch"

when I go to "updates" and click on "update selected" it appears "logging in with steam' then "You are now authenticated as jokura through Steam." and I am redirected to the initial screen of the game "Factorio" and repeating the process does not change anything .

1 I already reinstalled the game
2 I already checked the integrity of the files by steam
3 I already talked to discord admins and nothing was resolved
4 I can't install mods the same thing happens
