As things which can use singals (Trainstations / inserters....) can us globas Logistic-Network as Signal source.....
I thougt why not use Signals as items in the logisitc-Network....
so my outline would be catch all signals -> translate them to items and a recipe to build

I've already made the reverse for a mod I'm working on: In data-final-fixes, I create 2 virtual signals for all items that are the result of a recipe. My usecase was adding logistics to cars where I'd need signals to mark requested or provided items in inventories. A good mod deserves a good changelog. Here's a tutorial (WIP) about Factorio's way too strict changelog syntax!
